Exam Organization

Written exam:

• The examination takes place at a fixed date once per semester. This will be announced during the first week of lectures.

Oral exam:

• Three examination weeks are available for oral examinations during the lecture-free period (February and March; July to September). These will be announced during the first week of lectures.

Written exam:

1. Registration via the examination portal of the University of Rostock. If the registration via the online portal is not possible, a written registration via the examination office is also possible.
2. The examination date, the examination time and the examination location can be found in the examination portal.

Oral exam:

1. Registration via the examination portal of the University of Rostock. If the registration via the online portal is not possible, a written registration via the examination office is also possible.
2. The concrete date will be coordinated with Mrs. Hoffmann (the 1st step is not sufficient!).
3. When registering, both the module name and the event name must be given.
   Example in the Bachelor's programme:
   • Modul: Praktische Informatik
   • Event: Datenbankenanwendungsprogrammierung
   Example in the Master's programme:
   • Modul: Wahlpflichtbereich Überblick
   • Event: Datenbanken III
